There are some truths to this comedy piece. Like #2. The ability to "hulk out" when a fight starts is probably a huge determinant of who walks away.

I agree that punching the head is not a good move. Try gentle punches on your head and see which will hurt first, your head or your hand.

However, an upward strike with the palm of your hand towards your attacker's nose is a different story.
